The Company is seeking a Chief Pharmaceutical Officer (CPO) Deputy with a strong background in regulatory and pharmaceutical affairs. This senior role is pivotal in supporting the oversight, coordination, and execution of the company's pharmaceutical responsibilities in France, ensuring compliance with French and European regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the Responsible Pharmacist/Chief Pharmaceutical Officer, with a focus on strategic judgment and operational involvement in areas such as regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical quality, pharmacovigilance, and healthcare compliance. Key responsibilities include participating in cross-functional regulatory initiatives, providing regulatory guidance, leading the regulatory review of promotional documents, and acting as the local regulatory lead for assigned products. The role also involves close collaboration in the treatment of quality defects, batch recalls, and the supervision of the monitoring of supplies of marketed products. Applicants must have a PharmD with relevant experience, registered with the Ordre des Pharmaciens (section B), and possess extensive knowledge of French and European regulatory requirements for innovative products. A minimum of 7 years' experience in this field is required, with a proven track record of working closely with regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in promotional activities, experience in pharmacovigilance, and a solid understanding of quality assurance and operational activities. The role demands a high level of visibility, a fast-paced environment, and the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships. The CPO Deputy will also be responsible for promoting a culture of regulatory compliance and transparency across the affiliate.
