Senior Vice President of Engineering Greater Paris, France Area

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Engineering to spearhead the evolution of its Retail Supply Chain platform. The successful candidate will be a transformational leader, capable of bridging the gap between traditional supply chain systems and the modern frontiers of generative AI, agentic intelligence, and composable SaaS architectures. This role demands a visionary with a proven track record in leading large engineering organizations, particularly in the context of enterprise software platforms. The SVP will be responsible for engineering leadership, platform strategy and execution, platform modernization, AI and intelligent platform innovation, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including experience with enterprise software technologies, and a deep understanding of how engineering decisions impact retail supply chain operations. Applicants for the SVP of Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of software engineering experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role. Technical expertise in areas such as Oracle Database, Java application development, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms is essential.
