Vice President of Security Greater Paris, France Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Security to lead its security strategy and serve as the senior authority on information security. The role advises executive leadership on cyber risk, represents the organization to regulators, auditors, banking partners, and enterprise customers, and guides secure practices across product, platform, and operations. Responsibilities include leading and developing the security team, overseeing information security management and compliance programs, and driving audit and certification readiness. The VP will also guide security operations, resilience, business continuity, and incident response, while addressing emerging risks and supporting fraud prevention efforts. Candidates should have 10 or more years of experience in information security and security engineering, with strong technical knowledge of cloud security, identity and access management, network and application security, and security tools. Hands-on expertise with ISO 27001, DORA, and GDPR is required, alongside experience translating business objectives and risk appetite into a focused security roadmap. The role calls for strong executive communication, stakeholder management, risk-based prioritization, and the ability to foster a collaborative, blameless security culture. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or CCSP, and experience with AI security or regulated environments, are advantageous.
