The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for its North American Reinsurance business. The CFO will be the senior finance partner for the North American Reinsurance leadership team, with a focus on financial strategy, performance management, capital allocation, and decision support. This role is pivotal in driving growth, margin expansion, and returns, while ensuring strong financial governance in a market-sensitive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic finance, leading financial input into operating and long-range business plans, and evaluating critical initiatives with a focus on value creation. They will also own financial performance management, establish key metrics, and drive portfolio-level analytics. The CFO will be expected to lead a high-performing finance team, collaborate with regional CFOs and other enterprise functions, and serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders. Applicants for the CFO position should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience in global organizations, with a strong background in strategic finance, FP&A, performance management, and capital allocation. Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or capital markets is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader with deep financial modeling and analytical expertise, a solid understanding of accounting and financial controls, and the ability to operate effectively at the executive level. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with an MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical leadership capabilities, including executive presence, strategic agility, operational rigor, and collaborative leadership, and will have a proven track record of integrity and accountability.
