The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join their global team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in addressing complex legal, regulatory, commercial, and compliance issues within a global clinical research environment. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of clinical development services, protecting research participants, and fostering strong sponsor relationships. The Associate General Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel and senior leaders, providing practical, risk-based guidance that aligns with business objectives and ethical standards. Responsibilities include overseeing the drafting and negotiation of various agreements, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global regulations, and leading legal support for key business initiatives. Applicants must have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, an active license to practice law, and a minimum of 8-12 years of legal experience, with a focus on in-house leadership in a highly regulated life sciences environment. The role requires a strong background in commercial contracting, global clinical research regulations, and expertise in areas such as GxP, data privacy, and security. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and developing legal professionals, excellent legal judgment, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority matters. Proficiency in English and with legal technology platforms is essential.
