The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and enhance its manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on profitability, workforce efficiency, and process quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team member engagement. This role involves acting as a trusted operational advisor to senior business leaders, developing and implementing continuous improvement and LEAN strategies, and ensuring the company's operational goals are met. The VP of Operations will also be instrumental in shaping a positive team member culture, promoting collaboration, and innovation, and will have a significant role in the strategic decision-making process to support the company's growth. Candidates for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a BS/BA from an accredited college/university, with an MBA/MA preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a high-growth, multi-site manufacturing environment. A Lean Black Belt certification is also preferred. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, project management, and financial management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in expanding operations, expertise in lean and continuous improvement, and the ability to influence business and regulatory issues. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization, particularly with senior leaders, are essential. The position involves supervisory responsibilities, and the candidate should be well-versed in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
