The Company is seeking a Vice President for Transaction Management Operations within its Outsourced Platform Services (OPS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing critical post-trade activities, including the confirmation, settlement, and lifecycle management of investment transactions. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient post-trade processing, managing operational risk, and enhancing transparency through data-driven insights. The VP will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational exceptions, mitigate risk, and drive process improvements. A strong background in investment operations, particularly in trade confirmation, settlement, and post-trade lifecycle management, is essential. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in investment operations. The role requires a deep understanding of collateral management, margin processing, custody operations, and exception management, as well as experience in investigating and resolving settlement breaks and operational risk events across multiple asset classes. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to leverage data analysis for process improvement, automation, and risk reduction, and demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Responsibilities also include maintaining process documentation, providing training and development support to team members, and balancing people leadership with functional management to ensure high-quality service and results.
