Vice President, Finance & Premium Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Premium Operations to lead premium cash operations and a team of more than 40 professionals. Responsibilities include overseeing cash receipts and application, accounts receivable follow-up, discrepancy resolution, vendor payables, remittances, disbursement approvals, and month-end close support. The role will strengthen financial controls, reporting, and team structure while partnering with senior leaders on business performance. It will also lead process improvement and technology initiatives, develop meaningful KPIs, and guide projects from planning through implementation and measurable results. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a CPA or CMA is preferred. At least eight years of experience in managerial accounting operations, premium accounting, or related financial operations is required, including five or more years in leadership roles. Applicants should have experience leading teams of 30 or more through organizational or process change, along with knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and automated financial reporting systems. Insurance premium accounting experience is strongly preferred, as are strong analytical, communication, people-management, and process-improvement skills.
