Vice President of Finance

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to provide strategic and hands-on leadership in all financial operations, planning, reporting, and performance management. The successful candidate will be a key business partner to the CEO, executive leadership team, Board of Directors, lenders, and investors, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and revenue cycle analytics. This role is pivotal in supporting the organization's expansion, merger integration, and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with advanced financial credentials preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5 years in healthcare or related industries. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Finance include executive financial leadership, investor and board relations, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, cash flow and treasury management, revenue cycle and operational finance, accounting oversight, and team leadership. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in supporting high-growth organizations. The candidate should be adept at translating complex financial information into actionable business recommendations, driving financial accountability, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling are essential, as is experience with healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle analytics. The Vice President of Finance will be evaluated on various KPIs, including EBITDA performance, revenue growth, cash flow management, and the effectiveness of financial controls.
