Vice President of FP&A & Enterprise Analytics Greater Phoenix, AZ Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of FP&A and Enterprise Analytics to lead the strategic and operational financial planning processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance management, business intelligence, and decision support. This role is pivotal in partnering with executive leadership to drive growth, profitability, and operational performance through financial insights, analytics, and strategic resource allocation. The VP will oversee the development of scalable processes, systems, and talent to support informed decision-making and long-term value creation, and will lead a team to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA and advanced financial certification preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 7 years in FP&A within a large, complex organization, is required. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in supporting executive leadership, strategic planning, and business performance initiatives, as well as experience in modern planning, reporting, and analytics platforms. The VP will be expected to lead the annual operating plan, strategic planning process, and long-range financial models, and to partner with business leaders to enhance profitability, productivity, and resource allocation. Experience in leading high-performing teams and a strong background in business intelligence, analytics, and enterprise performance management are essential.
