Executive Director, Information Technology Greater Pittsburgh, PA Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Information Technology to lead its global IT strategy, operations, security, and technology roadmap. The role partners with business leaders to align technology investments with organizational priorities and oversees infrastructure, enterprise applications, architecture, data governance, cybersecurity, and service delivery. Responsibilities include managing the technology portfolio, budgets, vendors, risk, and major transformation initiatives, as well as supporting acquisition-related technology activities. The executive will also develop the IT leadership team and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, more than 10 years of progressive IT experience, and approximately 10 or more years of people-leadership experience. Required qualifications include leadership across enterprise IT domains, experience with global or geographically dispersed teams, and a record of guiding cross-functional transformation, financial and vendor management, operational resilience, and technology risk. Strong executive communication, strategic planning, and team-development skills are essential. A master’s degree or comparable advanced experience is preferred, as are experience with ERP platforms, analytics partnerships, and technology work related to acquisitions or divestitures.
