The Company is seeking a Vice President for its SOX and Controls team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering high-quality SOX and ICFR workstreams, including risk assessments, testing, and issue management. This role requires a key partner to control owners and auditors, and the ability to provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members. The Vice President will also be involved in the refresh of control documentation, evaluating the effectiveness of key controls, and supporting remediation planning. Strong stakeholder coordination and the ability to coach and support team members are essential. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent preferred. Experience in financial services, particularly with banking products, financial close, regulatory reporting, or enterprise control frameworks, is highly valued.
