The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Finance Regulatory Reporting Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production and quality of the external reporting process, with a primary focus on quarterly reports that support U.S. Capital Rules. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the reporting and analysis of external reporting analytics are sound and accurate. The Vice President will also be involved in other reports and data analysis for quantitative impact studies on new regulatory proposals. Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of external reporting best practices, investigating and resolving issues in the reporting process, and being recognized as the external reporting point of contact and subject matter expert within the business partner areas. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5 to 7 years' experience in regulatory policy and/or external reporting, particularly with a focus on U.S. Capital Rules and bank financial products. A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred, and a CPA with knowledge of GAAP is also desirable. The role requires the ability to process complex financial transactions, capture performance metrics, and build strategic relationships to influence at all levels of the organization. The Vice President will also be expected to liaise with internal and external regulators to ensure compliance with standards and to supervise and guide more junior external reporting roles.
