Interim Vice President of Finance Greater Plano, TX Area

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial models, conducting analysis and research, and leading a team of analysts. This role requires a professional with a strong background in finance, particularly in a multi-location healthcare setting. Advanced analytical skills, including Excel mastery, are essential, and experience with business intelligence and data visualization software is preferred. The VP of Finance will also be involved in developing and enhancing financial tools, reporting, and processes to improve visibility and performance against key metrics. Key responsibilities for the VP of Finance include developing effective relationships at all levels of the organization, serving as a key finance partner to the Division President - Operations, and providing financial insight and decision support. The role involves supporting the annual budgeting and planning process, leading financial outlier management, and representing Operations Finance on cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years' of finance experience, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are required, as is the ability to mentor and guide a team of analysts.
