Head of School

The Company is seeking a Head of School to provide inspiring and visionary leadership. The successful candidate will be a child-centered leader with a deep commitment to the academic, Jewish, social-emotional, and character development of all students. Responsibilities include overseeing the Day School, Early Childhood programs, and a large after-school program. The Head of School will work closely with the Executive Director and the shared services team, focusing on the student-facing program and maintaining the school's strong, inclusive, and warm community. The role demands a leader who can balance the diverse needs of the school, perpetuate the culture of the institution, and ensure the integration of academic, Hebrew language, Jewish studies, and values-based learning. Applicants for the Head of School position at the company should be experienced in educational leadership, with a proven track record of building a strong professional culture and supporting the growth of staff. The role requires a leader who is a systems-thinker, can match personal warmth with organizational clarity, and is adept at translating Jewish values into the everyday life of the school. Familiarity with Judaics and the ability to provide meaningful support to the Hebrew and Jewish Studies faculty are essential.
