Interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the strategic and operational aspects of technology management. The CTO will be responsible for defining and implementing a robust technology architecture that aligns with industry best practices, as well as establishing engineering and technical standards for core technology. This role is critical in ensuring the 24x7 operation of the company's systems and networks, with a focus on maintaining a stable, secure, and resilient technology environment. The CTO will also be tasked with IT capacity planning, identifying and mitigating technical infrastructure risks, and developing solutions to meet the company's current and future needs. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CTO will work closely with the ITG executive management to drive the company's IT strategies and operations. Candidates for the CTO position at the company should have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years' of management experience in IT. The role requires a leader with a broad range of knowledge in IT systems, networks, and telecommunications, and a proven track record in overseeing the development and implementation of technology strategy. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to manage operational and capital budgets. Experience in a complex technology environment, IT project management, and a background in a regulated industry such as healthcare or higher education are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ITIL service management concepts and be adept at influencing and motivating teams to achieve the company's technology goals.
