Interim President Greater Portland, OR Area

The Company is seeking a President to direct the operations of its medical groups and physician practices. Responsibilities include setting strategic direction, overseeing patient care, physician employment, marketing, and financial performance, and evaluating or developing programs and services. The President will drive operational excellence, improve quality and service, strengthen physician collaboration and employee engagement, and ensure effective use of resources while meeting financial goals. Candidates must have a master’s degree in hospital administration, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least 10 years of progressively responsible healthcare or related administrative experience. Required qualifications include experience developing operational and financial systems and controls, as well as working in a competitive managed-care market. The role calls for strong administrative leadership, the ability to set goals and hold teams accountable while maintaining morale, and demonstrated effectiveness working with physicians and providers. Excellent communication, listening, problem-solving, and knowledge of current healthcare management trends are also essential.
