The Company is seeking a Vice President for Analytics, Decision Support, and Applied AI. This executive will be responsible for leading the identification and development of analytical and AI-enabled solutions to address complex financial and operational challenges within the organization. The role involves partnering with various leaders, physicians, and operations to bring decision support, automation, and repeatability to solutions, with a focus on clinical operations, revenue cycle, payor evaluation, and other key areas. The successful candidate will be expected to have a deep understanding of ML/AI methods, data architecture, and expertise in Python, SQL, and R. They will also be involved in shaping the enterprise data roadmap to align with financial and operational priorities. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree being preferred, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare financial and operational leadership. The position requires the ability to translate business problems into analytical and AI solutions, as well as the expertise to define business requirements and metric definitions for various performance areas. The VP will be a key player in quantifying return on investment and supporting portfolio prioritization for business planning and investment decisions. Experience in academic medical center and stand-alone cancer center settings, as well as a strong background in executive storytelling with data and AI, is highly desirable. The role demands a leader with the highest standards of integrity, collaboration, and the ability to work effectively across the enterprise.
