The Company is seeking a Vice President for Ambulatory Primary Care. This senior executive leader will be responsible for the overall performance, strategic direction, and operational oversight of primary care services. The role involves defining and leading the primary care service area strategy, partnering with executive leaders to align strategy and operational planning, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in healthcare, and a comprehensive understanding of ambulatory care operations and industry trends. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include maintaining fiscal accountability, developing and overseeing operating and capital budgets, and driving service area performance in terms of quality, safety, and patient experience. The role requires strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence decision-making and drive execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and achieving operational excellence, and will be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment. Experience in a complex healthcare setting, knowledge of financial management practices, and advanced quantitative skills are essential.
