The Company is seeking a Vice President for Analytics, Decision Support, and Applied AI. This leadership role is pivotal in the development and implementation of analytical and AI-enabled solutions to address complex financial and operational challenges within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging enterprise data operations to shape the data roadmap in line with financial and operational priorities. A key aspect of the role is to bring decision support, automation, and repeatability to solutions, with a focus on areas such as clinical operations, revenue cycle, payor evaluation, and market analysis. The VP will also be instrumental in supporting business planning priorities, quantifying ROI, and partnering with the Chief Technology and Data Officer on data strategy and governance. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 8 years' experience in healthcare financial and operational leadership. The role requires the ability to translate business problems into analytical and AI solutions, a deep understanding of ML/AI methods, and expertise in Python, SQL, and R. Experience in academic medical centers and cancer center settings, as well as in executive storytelling with data and AI, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence, be a champion of AI in business processes, and maintain the highest standards of integrity and collaboration.
