The Company is seeking an experienced E-Trading Technology Quality Assurance (QA) Senior Analyst to ensure the integrity of electronic trading platforms in a high-velocity, globally connected Capital Markets technology environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end quality assurance, from UAT strategy to production rollout, with a direct impact on the reliability and regulatory compliance of trading systems. This role demands a senior quality leader who can mentor colleagues, shape testing standards, and coordinate with global technology and business teams to achieve consistent, measurable quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include designing, executing, and maintaining automated test suites, defining quality standards, and monitoring products for conformance to established benchmarks. Applicants must have 9-13 years' of experience in an IT Quality or software quality assurance role, with a strong background in testing electronic trading platforms, including Futures and Options products, algorithmic trading, and electronic order management workflows. Proficiency in test automation using Java and Cucumber within a BDD framework is essential, as is a working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, container environments, and version control using GitHub. The role also requires a good understanding of the FIX protocol and regulatory obligations for electronic trading, as well as strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills. Beneficial qualifications include project management experience, the ability to contribute to the development of new testing standards, and familiarity with process audit methodologies.
