The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production application support, be passionate about problem-solving through innovation, and have a proven track record of delivering technical solutions and continuous improvements. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of trade finance and lending functions, working with geographically diverse support and development teams, and ensuring the highest level of service in line with SLAs. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in large corporate environments or financial services technology. A background in global transaction banking or corporate and investment banking is a plus. The role requires a candidate with a strong technical acumen, experience in all relevant tools used in the service operations environment, and the ability to manage incidents and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Technical competencies should include a strong knowledge of databases, UNIX/Linux, Java J2EE, scripting languages, and experience with a range of development and deployment tools. The candidate should also have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, ITIL Foundation Certificate, and PMP certification is a plus.
