They should be proactive in identifying cost-effective solutions, act as the voice of the client throughout the development process, and be adept at liaising with all parties involved to ensure successful project delivery. Applicants for this role at the company should possess outstanding analysis skills, including experience in business process modeling, use cases, user story writing, and data modeling, particularly in the context of UML standards. Experience in data analysis, SQL, and a background in the financial domain, especially in lending, is highly beneficial.
