The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining centralized and scalable support for cyber platforms, driving consistency and efficiency, and ensuring that cyber security outcomes align with corporate objectives. The Head of Cyber Security will also lead a large, multi-disciplinary cyber security organization, encompassing security operations, engineering, architecture, identity and access, platform and cloud security, secure development, and risk, compliance, and third-party security. Candidates for the Head of Cyber Security position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred, and industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCISO. A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in cyber security, with at least 8 to 10 years in a senior leadership role, is required. Deep familiarity with regulatory requirements and global cyber security frameworks is essential. The role demands a leader with a global mindset, capable of cross-border collaboration, and a proven track record in technology leadership, operational execution, and delivery.
