Senior Full Stack Engineer, Vice President Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a senior full-stack engineering leader to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-volume, low-latency applications for critical services. Responsibilities include contributing across the software development lifecycle, providing technical direction and mentoring, and serving as a subject matter expert on engineering controls and technology roadmaps. The role also involves developing and deploying generative and agentic AI applications with responsible-use controls, building integrations and monitoring capabilities, and improving application performance, reliability, and resilience. The engineer will collaborate across teams, support critical production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in an agile environment. Candidates should have 10 or more years of relevant full-stack development and automation experience, including strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, and Angular or React. Required expertise includes software development lifecycle practices, CI/CD, databases, messaging systems such as Kafka, containers, and web security standards; experience with observability tools and responsible AI controls is also valuable. Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, project management, and prioritization skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
