The Company is seeking an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst for a senior-level role focused on the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading applications systems analysis and programming activities, partnering with management teams to ensure the integration of functions, and identifying necessary system enhancements. This role requires the resolution of high-impact problems and the provision of expertise in application programming, ensuring that application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint. The Analyst will also be involved in the development of standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation, and will serve as an advisor to mid-level developers and analysts. Applicants should have 10-15 years' of relevant experience in apps development or systems analysis, with a strong background in designing and delivering complex, multi-system, distributed, and highly available development projects. Experience in solution design and architecture using technologies such as microservices, big data, and Java is essential. The role demands a deep understanding of architectural methodologies, frameworks, and design patterns, as well as hands-on experience with Java SE 17, Spring Boot, databases, and various development tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading project solution architecture design and be adept at providing solutions across a range of technologies. Experience in a banking or finance environment is preferred, and the ability to work in both waterfall and agile methodologies is required.
