The Company is seeking a Central Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the AI Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) Working Group. This role is pivotal in bridging day-to-day POD supervision with broader engagement-level management, acting as the primary point of escalation for program execution and senior stakeholder contact. The successful candidate will be responsible for the definition, governance setup, and implementation of critical AI PDLC initiatives, driving accountability and engagement, and ensuring all Pods operate within the program's strategic framework. Key responsibilities include establishing and adapting governance, coordinating all POD meetings, maintaining alignment to the engagement strategy, defining program objectives, and developing structures for successful delivery. The role also involves reporting and communication, risk and issue management, and stakeholder and team leadership. Applicants for the Central Program Manager position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in managing complex projects and programs, with a strong background in program management. The role requires the ability to independently lead complex programs, guide and influence individuals through matrix management, and solve complex problems. A PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required, along with proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred qualifications include experience in managing AI/ML or digital transformation programs within financial services, familiarity with AI PDLC governance, and proficiency in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, managing program resourcing strategy, and driving accountability and engagement within their team.
