Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Infrastructure Engineering to build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure platforms supporting applications and data systems. Responsibilities include delivering infrastructure solutions, monitoring and resolving incidents, automating operational processes, and implementing security measures. The role also involves collaborating across technical and business teams, advising senior stakeholders, managing risk and controls, and driving strategic improvements. The successful candidate will guide technical direction and may lead teams, resources, and long-term initiatives. Applicants must hold at least a bachelor’s degree and demonstrate expertise in block storage, file storage, and enterprise backup and recovery. Strong knowledge of site reliability engineering, observability, incident response, and performance troubleshooting is required, along with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Valued additional experience includes automating infrastructure with Python or PowerShell, cloud storage, IT service management, data protection controls, and storage for virtualized or containerized platforms. Candidates should also bring sound analytical, strategic, and risk-management capabilities.
