The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Data Ops Accounts and SSI. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Accounts and SSI Data Ops Funds team, with a primary focus on maintaining and enhancing the reputation of the company for service delivery. This role demands full cooperation and interaction with various teams, including the country office investor services team, accounting and valuation teams, client management, and business development. The AVP will be accountable for the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all deliverables meet client service level agreements, and driving key employee initiatives. The role also involves strategic engagement with the team, managing processes, infrastructure, and resources to deliver agreed plans, and ensuring a robust control environment. Applicants for the AVP position should have advanced investment administration experience, with a degree in finance, accounting, or a related professional qualification in securities services. A post-graduate or MBA is desirable. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years' leadership experience in the transfer agency industry, accounting and valuation system, and reconciliation, and be proactive in implementing and driving solutions. Strong people management skills, the ability to build excellent relationships, and a strong sense of team bonding are essential. The role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, who is solution-oriented and can work effectively under pressure.
