The Company is seeking a Vice President for Middle Office Service Delivery and Oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and oversight of Middle Office services to the Securities Services Operations client base. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all securities trades for a specific geographical area are confirmed and settled within deadlines, in accordance with defined procedures. The Vice President will also be involved in on-site client reviews, supporting trade matching and settlement services, and monitoring the timeliness and completeness of downstream operations. Additionally, the role involves providing client services, supporting the analysis of IABOR services, and participating in various change management and transformation projects. Applicants must have over 10 years' of diverse working experience in financial or consulting fields, with a strong background in process management and system implementation within an asset management or equivalent market. Intermediate experience in an investment management, brokerage, or custody environment is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of the post-trade life cycle, securities trading confirmation and settlement procedures, and a good knowledge of Middle Office operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are a must, as is the ability to manage operational risks and maintain a globally consistent operating model. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, with a strong business sense and the ability to make sound decisions.
