The Company is seeking a Head of Site Supply Chain to serve as the functional lead for supply chain activities at the manufacturing site. The successful candidate will be accountable for the definition and execution of all activities necessary to ensure timely service to customers. This includes planning site operations, inventory and warehouse management, placing orders for direct materials, and detailed preparation for campaigns. The role also involves being a key member of the Site Leadership Team, contributing to site performance, culture, safety, and quality, and aligning with global supply chain strategy. The Head of Site Supply Chain will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in supply chain processes, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing warehouse and inventory management. Applicants must have an extensive understanding of supply chain operations, with a preference for those with experience in a vaccine supply chain process. The role requires a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership position, and a Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field. A Master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, particularly SAP, and demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The position demands a high level of innovation, the ability to operate independently, and the capacity to influence and liaise with various global and local functions.
