The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the center's mission, ensuring program excellence, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and school readiness. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a play-based, age-appropriate curriculum, recruiting and retaining high-quality staff, overseeing daily operations, and managing the center's financial and administrative functions. The role also involves collaboration with church leadership and the Ministry Board, as well as active engagement with the local community. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's early childhood education center should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in early childhood education or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience and classroom teaching experience.
