Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and oversight, supporting responsible and profitable growth. Responsibilities include directing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, performance analysis, and accounting operations, while ensuring accurate reporting, effective internal controls, and timely financial close processes. The CFO will oversee project-based financial management, including job costing, contract reporting, and profitability analysis. The role also partners with executive leadership on expansion, investment, and potential acquisition decisions, manages external financial relationships, develops the finance team, and advances financial systems and processes. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline, and have at least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including service in a senior finance role. Construction industry experience and expertise in job costing, project accounting, and construction-related reporting are important. Demonstrated success supporting growth and strategic planning, along with experience using ERP platforms, is required. A CPA or CMA certification is preferred, as are strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
