Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its senior living community, which is deeply rooted in a mission to provide quality, individualized care to seniors in a Christian environment. The successful candidate will be the primary leader, responsible for the day-to-day operations in compliance with relevant regulations and the organization's policies. The Executive Director will oversee a team of 130 members and a resident population of 193, ensuring that the care provided is in line with the founders' heritage of faith and values.
