Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to translate strategic goals into operational performance and support organizational growth. The role will oversee operations across business units, improve processes and operating standards, and lead the integration of acquired businesses while maintaining continuity and service quality. Responsibilities include establishing KPIs and management reporting, strengthening organizational structures and accountability, and advancing operational systems, automation, and process standardization. The COO will work closely with executive leaders to align operational plans, resources, and performance priorities. Candidates should have significant senior operations leadership experience in a multi-site, multi-entity, or decentralized organization. They should bring a proven record in operational transformation, process improvement, organizational development, and post-acquisition integration, along with expertise in performance management, KPIs, governance, and reporting. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, as is the ability to turn strategy into measurable results and guide teams through change. Experience in insurance, financial services, or other complex, client-focused professional services environments is valuable.
