Head of School

The Company is seeking a Head of School to join its General Management team. The successful candidate will be a key figure in the strategic development of public primary education, with a focus on educational quality, inclusive education, and area development. This role involves leading a group of primary schools, working closely with school principals, and actively participating in the establishment and execution of strategic policies. The Head of School will be responsible for a portion of the primary schools and must be adept at managing a diverse range of issues, from short-term to long-term, and be capable of providing situational and inspiring leadership. The position also requires a strong connection with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as the ability to address metropolitan challenges and contribute to innovative, cross-organizational initiatives. Candidates for the Head of School position at the company should have an academic background and several years of experience in an integrated management role within primary education, preferably at the superintendent level.
