Vice President, Provider Network Management

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Provider Network Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large team and setting the enterprise provider network strategy to ensure the delivery of timely, high-quality care. This role involves using various data sources to identify and close access and capacity gaps, as well as continuously strengthen network readiness. The VP will also be tasked with establishing a disciplined network-gap management process, directing provider recruiting and sourcing strategies, and overseeing the provider readiness lifecycle. Collaboration with operational and business leaders is essential to anticipate and respond to changing demand, and to strengthen provider engagement and retention. Applicants must have a BS degree in a relevant field, with over 20 years of professional experience, or a combination of experience and education. A minimum of 7-10 years' specific experience in leading provider network, recruitment, or related functions in a complex healthcare environment is required. The role demands a strong understanding of provider recruitment, credentialing, and network adequacy principles, as well as experience in leading large, geographically dispersed teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using data and analytics for operational improvement, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance enterprise strategy with operational execution. Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills are also a must, with the ability to work effectively across various functions.
