Regional Vice President of Operations, Hospice

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations with a strong background in hospice care to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations, financials, clinical performance, and revenue growth across multiple hospice locations. This role requires a leader with multi-site hospice experience, an excellent understanding of hospice rules and regulations, and a background as a clinician (RN or PT). The Regional Vice President will oversee directly reporting leaders, ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, and work with the business development team to grow the census. Additionally, the role involves improving and standardizing processes, as well as integrating new acquisitions. Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Operations position at the company must have a proven track record in hospice leadership and be adept at managing the various aspects of hospice operations. The role demands a hands-on approach to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are met. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving growth and development within the organization. A clinical background is essential, as the role requires a deep understanding of the clinical aspects of hospice care. The ability to travel throughout the designated region is also a key requirement for this position.
