Vice President, Bank Controller

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Bank Controller to lead accounting operations and strengthen processes and controls in support of continued growth. Responsibilities include managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes; coordinating external audits and reviews; and partnering with reporting teams to ensure accurate financial statements and regulatory filings. The role will improve close efficiency through process and technology enhancements, lead the organization’s compliance program, and oversee audit coordination, testing, and documentation. The successful candidate will also develop the accounting team and provide clear financial communications to senior leadership, the board, auditors, and regulators. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant accounting experience, including banking experience, preferably in a public company. Experience with public company reporting and regulatory filings, as well as managing large teams and developing accounting talent, is required. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required. An active CPA license and experience with enterprise accounting systems are preferred.
