Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and scale its security organization and evolve its strategy, technical capabilities, and operating model. The role will set security priorities and partner with engineering, product, legal, and business teams to embed security throughout technology development and operations. Responsibilities include strengthening device, product, cloud, software, and data security; overseeing threat detection and incident response; and advancing global compliance and regulatory readiness. The CISO will also manage external security partners, support customer and partner discussions, and communicate security risks and progress to the board. Candidates should bring hands-on expertise across hardware and IoT, cloud, software, and AI security, including Linux-based devices, firmware, edge AI/ML workloads, and secure software updates. They should have demonstrated experience leading and scaling a multidisciplinary security organization, along with strong knowledge of B2B security requirements across global jurisdictions. The role requires credibility with technical teams, sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and the ability to balance security needs with business and engineering priorities. Strong executive communication skills are essential for explaining complex risks to customers, partners, and board members.
