The Company is in search of a Product Legal Counsel to join their Customer Experience Orchestration (CXO) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch legal support to the CXO business, with a focus on a wide range of legal topics, including AI/GenAI/agentic AI technologies. This role requires a proactive self-starter with the ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders, partner with the business to identify and mitigate potential risks, and optimize legal support. The Product Legal Counsel will collaborate with internal business partners to ensure legal compliance, support product development and marketing teams, and work closely with management to prioritize and understand the legal aspects of the business. Applicants must have a J.D. from an accredited law school, a minimum of 5 years' of relevant legal experience, and a strong background in privacy and emerging AI regulatory developments. The role demands proficiency in drafting and negotiating agreements, effective communication skills, and the ability to provide legal and practical advice to management at all levels. A technical background in software products, SaaS, or cloud-based services industry is essential, with experience in marketing tools being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of forming and growing professional relationships, a bias for sharing information, and the ability to be a creative problem solver with good business instincts. Flexibility to work with colleagues and clients in different time zones and a desire to support and develop team members are also key attributes for this position.
