The Company is seeking a Vice President, Area Manager to oversee multiple retail branches and support their sales, operational performance, and employee development. Responsibilities include coaching and managing Branch Managers, monitoring performance and customer service, ensuring staffing needs are met, and guiding teams in meeting sales goals. The role also oversees operational controls, audits, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. The Area Manager will coordinate sales and marketing initiatives, support community engagement, and provide strategic direction across the assigned branches. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. At least eight years of progressive branch operations or sales management experience and five years of supervisory or management experience are required. Applicants should bring strong leadership, communication, customer service, relationship management, and business development skills, along with knowledge of banking operations, products, policies, and regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software, sound analytical and organizational abilities, and flexibility to travel regionally are also required.
