Vice President, Finance Business Partnering (Commercial & Operations) Greater San Francisco, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance Business Partnering to provide senior financial support across corporate, commercial, and regional operations. The role will partner with Operations leadership and functional teams to guide strategic decisions, resource allocation, cost discipline, and financial performance. Responsibilities include leading budgeting and forecasting, performance reviews, KPI and reporting frameworks, and global headcount planning. The VP will also strengthen financial coordination across commercial pipeline planning, capacity, contracting, billing, and revenue reporting, while supporting business development and regional operations. Candidates should bring significant senior-level experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or operational finance, ideally in a complex, high-growth international organization. Strong commercial judgment and experience supporting corporate functions, business development, large operating budgets, workforce planning, and personnel cost forecasting are required. The role calls for familiarity with commercial operations processes, including pipeline planning, order management, and billing, alongside excellent financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
