The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its technology investment banking team. The role involves directing financial analyses and reviewing models, leading the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials, and engaging with senior client executives. The Vice President will manage transaction processes across a range of advisory assignments and provide guidance and supervision to junior team members. Candidates should have at least five to six years of investment banking experience, a strong interest in technology, and demonstrated client and transaction experience in technology mergers and acquisitions. Strong quantitative, analytical, presentation, and communication skills are required, along with attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Applicants should demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and the ability to support and empower junior colleagues in a dynamic environment. A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or JD is an asset.
