The Company is seeking an SVP of Engineering for Autonomous HCM, a pivotal role at the forefront of the AI-driven transformation in human capital management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a global engineering organization to enhance and scale the Autonomous HCM platform, which is already in use by some of the world's largest and most complex organizations. This leadership position demands a visionary who can manage engineering budgets, own the engineering strategy, and drive the delivery of AI-powered capabilities that connect workforce data to business outcomes. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in major technology transitions, deep knowledge of modern AI/ML technologies, and the ability to build and ship AI-native enterprise products at scale. Applicants for the SVP of Engineering role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of engineering leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading large global teams.
