The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Government Affairs and Strategic Policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global government affairs strategy that is in line with corporate objectives and growth priorities. This role involves building and maintaining trusted relationships with government officials, policymakers, and industry coalitions worldwide, as well as representing the company on issues that impact the semiconductor ecosystem. The VP will also provide strategic counsel to executive leadership on emerging policy, geopolitical, and regulatory developments, and lead advocacy and policy engagement strategies related to export controls, trade, and national security. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in a relevant field and at least 15 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, trade policy, or regulatory affairs, with a significant background in the semiconductor, technology, electronics, defense, or advanced manufacturing sectors. The role requires expertise in export controls, sanctions, international trade policy, and national security-related regulations, as well as experience in engaging with senior government officials in multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong geopolitical awareness, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence complex policy outcomes. Leadership competencies include the ability to build and lead a high-performing global government affairs organization and to partner effectively with executive and cross-functional teams.
