The Company is in search of a visionary finance executive to lead the transformation of its global finance organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the CFO and finance leadership team to redefine the future finance operating model, with a strong focus on integrating AI, automation, and advanced analytics. This role is not just about technology; it requires a strategic partner who can drive change and build a finance function that is agile, capable, and designed for the future. Key responsibilities include defining a multi-year roadmap for the finance organization, modernizing finance transactions and operations, and shaping the finance workforce of the future. The ideal candidate will be a future CFO-caliber executive, AI-native, and technology-fluent, with a proven track record in leading significant transformation initiatives. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience in large, complex global organizations. The role demands a leader with strong financial judgment, a deep understanding of how emerging technologies can reshape finance, and the ability to translate technology opportunities into measurable business outcomes. The candidate must be a hands-on executive, capable of influencing and leading change without relying on a large direct organization. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced qualification. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, commercially minded, and data-driven, with a focus on enterprise outcomes and a commitment to continuous improvement.
