The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of PayFac to lead the strategy, product, and commercialization of its Payment Facilitator-as-a-Service offering. This role is pivotal in defining how capabilities are delivered across the acquiring value chain, with a strong focus on ensuring registered-party accountability, network obligations, and the company's risk appetite. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the global product strategy, operating-model spectrum, and commercial packaging and pricing model. They will also be tasked with leading the go-to-market strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving executive communications. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in the payments and fintech industry, deep expertise in the PayFac model, and a strong understanding of network rules and regulatory frameworks. Applicants for the Vice President, Head of PayFac position at the company should have a minimum of 14 years' experience in payments, merchant acquiring, payment facilitation, fintech, financial services, or related fields, with at least 8 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus, and a strong background in designing delegation, risk, and control frameworks. Experience in defining commercial models and go-to-market strategies is essential, as is the ability to influence executive leadership and drive cross-functional alignment. The role also requires strong analytical, strategic planning, and executive communication skills, as well as the ability to build and lead a high-performing global organization.
