Vice President, Investment Professional Greater San Jose, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Investment Professional to source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities, including buyouts and international transactions. Responsibilities include conducting industry research and due diligence; analyzing businesses, markets, and financial performance; building valuation, operating, and leveraged buyout models; and presenting investment cases to the investment committee. The role also involves negotiating transaction terms and financing, coordinating external advisers, and leading deal teams while mentoring junior colleagues. After transactions close, the Vice President will support value-creation plans, monitor portfolio company performance, attend board meetings, and assist with acquisitions and operational initiatives. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, plus at least four years of progressively responsible experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a combination of these fields. Required experience includes investment analysis and returns modeling, financial statement analysis, company valuation, investment thesis development, and assessing market opportunities and growth strategies. Candidates should be skilled in Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerPoint, and able to analyze data and communicate findings effectively. The role also requires experience working with companies, investors, bankers, and consultants.
