Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to define and lead its technology and data vision across a multi-brand business. The role will establish a cohesive roadmap spanning architecture, infrastructure, technology platforms, and operating models, while guiding investment priorities and budgets. The CTO will advise executive leadership on technology opportunities and their business impact, lead the transition to a product-based, squad-led model, and promote agile practices such as continuous integration and automated deployment. Responsibilities also include making architectural decisions, assessing build-versus-buy options, standardizing tools and cloud infrastructure, and developing technology teams. Candidates should bring deep expertise in technology and data, including experience leading a mid-sized global technology organization. Strong strategic and commercial judgment, knowledge of current technology trends in digital marketing, and the ability to guide front-end, back-end, and data architecture decisions are required. Applicants should understand product and project management, agile development, DevOps principles, and cloud-native solutions; a solution architecture background is preferred. The role also calls for hands-on coaching, curiosity, and a forward-looking approach to evaluating new solutions.
